Villa Estelle House Rules
To ensure our guests have a pleasant and seamless stay, please read and adhere to the house rules.
- Villa Estelle can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and we kindly ask that you leave the guesthouse by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Please coordinate your arrival and departure times in advance. Late check-out may be arranged upon request, for an additional fee and based on availability. The owner and/or their representative will be present at the specified arrival/departure time if needed.
- Upon arrival, guests are required to present their personal documents (ID card or passport, address card) for registration purposes. Guests can only occupy Villa Estelle after full payment of the participation fee.
- The number of guests must not exceed the number specified during booking. Children under 18 may only stay in the guesthouse under continuous supervision by parents or another competent person designated by them. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of the child and any damages caused by them. Children under 18 may only use the services of the guesthouse if accompanied by a parent or another competent person designated by them.
- Premium bedding and towels are provided for guests. The villa undergoes a thorough cleaning before arrival. Cleaning is done weekly, including linen and towel changes (for stays longer than one week); daily cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. Please take care of the villa’s cleanliness and leave the kitchen clean after use.
- Upon arrival, guests will receive a set of keys for the house (1 house key, 2 gate keys—outer and inner gates, 1 remote control for both automatic gates). In case of loss of keys, a compensation fee of 15,000 HUF will apply. Please keep the house door and gate locked when away during the day and at night. Upon departure, please return the keys to the key safe and ensure it is securely closed.
- A safe is available for guests to store valuables, but we recommend always locking the house.
- When leaving the house, please turn off taps and lights, and close windows and doors.
- The Wi-Fi system in the guesthouse is free to use. The necessary codes can be found in the house. The operator does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of the Wi-Fi. The operator is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages to the guest’s device or its content arising from or during the use of Wi-Fi. Guests use this service at their own risk and responsibility.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the villa premises, except in the garden, including IQOS and electronic cigarettes. The use of incense is PROHIBITED! If we detect the smell of cigarette smoke in the house upon departure, we will charge an extra cleaning fee of 40,000 HUF for the additional cleaning of upholstered furniture, curtains, cushions, etc. In case of fire, please immediately call 112 or 105 and the operator.
- Pets are not allowed; thank you for your understanding.
- If a guest brings an unauthorized item into the guesthouse without prior written permission from the operator, the operator may remove it at the guest’s expense. The operator disclaims responsibility for any damage caused by such items, and guests are jointly and fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by unauthorized items to the building, other guests, third parties, or the operator. Guests are jointly liable for any damage caused by their own electrical appliances and must compensate for such damages.
- Please respect the environment and neighbors. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, or privacy of others, or causes fear in others, is prohibited on the guesthouse premises, including the garden, regardless of the time. In case of complaints from neighbors or behavior that results in police intervention, the host will ask the guest to leave immediately. In such cases, no refund of the accommodation fee will be issued; the operator disclaims responsibility for any grievances caused by the guest’s behavior. Organizing events in the villa is only permitted if previously arranged.
- Guests must use the guesthouse’s equipment and furnishings as intended. Any damage resulting from improper use must be compensated by the guest upon the operator’s request, but no later than before departure. Any rearrangement of the guesthouse’s furniture or fixtures may only be carried out by the operator’s staff or designated representatives.
- Removing any items from the guesthouse without prior written permission from the operator is considered a criminal offense.
- Guests are required to report any malfunctions of the guesthouse’s equipment or furnishings to the operator. Guests are not authorized to repair or attempt to repair any issues themselves. The operator disclaims responsibility for any damages resulting from this.
- Entry into the guesthouse in street shoes is PROHIBITED!
- Bringing glassware and other fragile, sharp, or dangerous objects into the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna is PROHIBITED! The guest is responsible for the cost of water replacement due to any foreign objects entering the pool or jacuzzi!
- Mandatory pre-shower or foot washing is required before using the wellness area.
- Persons under 18 may only use the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi under adult supervision. Responsibility for any neglect of supervision or inappropriate behavior rests solely with the guest. The guest acknowledges and agrees that the operator does not provide lifeguard personnel for pool or hot tub use, and guests use the facilities without the operator’s supervision, therefore they must exercise heightened caution.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in a state of intoxication, are not permitted to use the wellness area.
- Jumping into the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited!
- Any extraordinary events—such as personal injury, fire, chemical-related incidents, or hazardous objects—must be reported immediately to the operator or their representative, who is obligated to take prompt action.
- Littering, consuming food, smoking, drinking alcohol, using the pool or jacuzzi with a dirty body, or without pre-showering (taking a shower) in the wellness area is prohibited. Guests must not bring any fragile, dangerous objects (e.g., glass) into the water, nor enter with street shoes.
- Guests may not enter the mechanical units or open locked cabinets.
- Guests use the fire pit, grill, wellness area, and playground at their own risk. The use of the grill, skewer, and cauldron requires extra attention; they should never be left unattended, and the fire must be completely extinguished after use.
- The guesthouse is equipped with a closed-circuit security camera and alarm system. The parking area, guesthouse entrances, and areas in front of the glass façade are monitored. The purpose of the electronic surveillance systems is to protect property, prevent and detect violations against property, and ensure that only authorized guests use the guesthouse’s services. Guests consent to the use of cameras; otherwise, they must leave the accommodation and may not use the facilities.
- The operator is not responsible for any damages incurred to items brought by the guest into the guesthouse. Guests use the guesthouse’s furnishings and services in a manner appropriate to their health, physical, and mental state, and therefore the operator disclaims responsibility for any damages arising from improper use or use not corresponding to the guest’s actual health, physical, and mental condition.
- The garden is lovingly maintained by the host; please take care of the plants and garden tools! Everyone may use the garden furniture at their own risk.
- We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept guests in an intoxicated state or those with aggressive tendencies!
- Violation of the house rules may result in the cancellation of the accommodation. In this case, we are unable to refund any remaining days.
- By utilizing the accommodation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the house rules and the general terms and conditions.
- As we do not regularly use the house, it is possible that we may not be aware of certain issues. Please report any minor issues immediately! We welcome any constructive feedback or suggestions.
