Payment and Booking Terms
Booking
Bookings can be made through the Service Provider’s website, accommodation booking platforms, by phone, or via email. To confirm the booking, the Guest must pay the full amount of the booking to the Service Provider, which will be confirmed via email. If no response is received to the email offer, the quote will be canceled after a 2-day grace period.
The booking is valid once 50% of the total accommodation cost has been paid, and it simultaneously constitutes the automatic acceptance of the House Rules, Booking and Cancellation Policies, and the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the advertised prices of the guesthouse at any time, without prior notice, until the participation fee is paid.
The guesthouse can be checked in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure (check-out). In case of late departure, the Service Provider may charge an additional fee.
The booking can be processed through the booking section of the website, accommodation platform, email, or phone.
Booking Confirmation
The Service Provider will confirm all bookings by email. The Service Provider is obligated to confirm the Guest’s booking electronically immediately upon its receipt. If the confirmation is not sent to the Guest within the expected deadline, which depends on the nature of the service but no later than 48 hours after the Guest has sent the booking, the Guest will be released from any binding offer or contractual obligations. The booking and its confirmation are considered as received by the Service Provider or the Guest when they are made accessible to them.
Payment
The accommodation fee or 50% of it must be paid in advance at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival. The payment for the booked service can be made by bank transfer in advance or using an online payment service through a link provided on the website at the time of booking.
The prices issued by the Service Provider include VAT (Value Added Tax) but do not include the tourism tax, which is determined by law and applicable at the time of booking. The prices also do not include the cost of transportation to and from the guesthouse. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform Guests about the duration of the promotion on the website.
